Check out EveryBlock San Francisco where it tells you nearby crimes, restaurants, inspections, media coverage, and more when you type in a street address.

I would say this is really useful for finding out how safe your neighborhood is but as for restaurants, you might as well just use Yelp. , , , , , , , , ,
