Best Spot for Watching Fireworks on July 4th Independence Day in San Francisco!
If you are looking for the best spot to watch fireworks on July 4th, make sure you are near the Bay Bridge as much as possible as that’s where the action is.
Last year, I took the liberty of taking me and my family to fisherman’s wharf in San Francisco to watch the fireworks. What a HUGE disappointment that was as it took us an hour to find a parking spot, another hour to walk through the crowd, and the Fireworks could be barely seen from the edge of fisherman’s wharf.
The fireworks in downtown San Francisco are not the greatest in the world and I highly suggest you to be right next to it if you do not want to be disappointed.
The best spot if probably near Pier 3 along the Embarcadero. Just don’t go to fisherman’s wharf expecting to see the fireworks well, you will be hugely disappointed.
I wish San Francisco had bigger/better Fireworks, these aren’t even close to the ones I saw at Disneyland, which are offered daily to its visitors.
Well, I guess it’s a good thing the city isn’t spending too much money on fireworks on July 4th, at least it won’t take a bite out of my taxes next year.
Again, if you want to see the fireworks in San Francisco, your best bet is near Pier 3, there’s a bunch of bars/events around there so don’t waste your money on other clubs, just my 2 cents before you go out there to fight with the crowd.
As for me, I am staying home this year, I had enough dealing with dumb and drunk people in the last couple years.
