Situated atop of the Hyatt Regency San Francisco, Equinox is Northern California’s only revolving rooftop restaurant and cocktail lounge. Completing a 360-degree revolution every 45 minutes, the restaurant offers guests spectacular views of the San Francisco bay and the sparkling city skyline. There is no better place to take in the energy of San Francisco than from the top of the Hyatt.

Despite many moderate reviews about their food I actually enjoyed each dish I had. I recommend while you’re there. Try the Kobe beef appetizer and have a Basil Gimlet to accompany your dinner. Prices are about average for your typical Lounge/Romantic atmosphere, but well worth it in my opinion. Though I wouldn’t recommend this place for a group of friends.
